The headquarters for Decky Apparel Group is located in Compton, California, a suburb of Los Angeles. We were founded on the vision that apparel should not only be functional, but should also be stylish and trendy. Our goal at Decky Apparel Group is to provide classic designed apparel that meet and exceed your expectations.
We are always researching ways to improve our products through the use of innovative materials, in-house testing, and customer feedback. We are able to confidently sell our products knowing that they have been tested at our facilities in California and overseas.

TO REDEFINE THE MEANING OF HEADWEAR
Decky Company, its employees and suppliers must, at all times, comply in accordance with all laws and regulations with the highest standards of business ethics that include, but are not limited to, honesty, integrity, trustworthiness and respect. We will not approve the actions of employees who violate the law or demonstrate unethical business behavior. Decky Company will seek appropriate actions against any employee in violation.
Decky Company expects its employees to conduct themselves in a businesslike manner. Employees must not engage in sexual harassment, or conduct themselves in anyway that could be misunderstood as inappropriate.
Wages and Benefits: Decky Company and its suppliers will provide wages and benefits which comply with all applicable laws and regulations and which match or exceed the local law or the prevailing industry wage, whichever is greater.
Hours of Work: Except in extraordinary circumstances, Decky Company and suppliers, shall not require its employees to work more than the lesser of 48 hours per week and 12 hours of overtime; or the limits on the regular and overtime hours allowed by the law of the country and employees shall be entitled to 1 day off in every 7 day period.
Overtime Compensation: Decky Company and supplier employees shall be compensated in addition to regular hours of work, for overtime hours at such premium rate as is legally required by the law of the country or at least a rate equal to their regular hourly compensation rate.
Child Labor: Decky Company and its suppliers will not employ any person younger than 15 (or 14 where the law of the country allows) or under the age for completion of compulsory education, whichever is higher.
Forced Labor: There shall not be use of any forced labor, whether in the form of prisoner labor, indentured labor, bonded labor or otherwise.
Harassment or Abuse: Decky Company and its suppliers shall treat every employee with respect and dignity. No employee will be subject to any physical, sexual, psychological or verbal abuse.
Nondiscrimination: No one will be subject to any discrimination in employment, including hiring, salary, benefits, advancement, discipline, termination or retirement, on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, disability, sexual orientation, nationality, political opinion, or social or ethnic origin.
Health and Safety: Employers must provide all employees with a safe and healthy work environment and must, at a minimum, comply with local and national health and safety laws.
Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining: Employers shall respect the choice of employees to freely associate or bargain collectively.
Decky Company, its employees and suppliers will commit to the protection of the local environment, including their surroundings. This includes proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials, strive to conduct business in a manner that minimizes energy consumption and waste, and to maximize recycling.
Decky Company expects that all employees will perform their duties conscientiously, honestly, and in accordance with the best interest of the company. Employees shall not use their title or the knowledge gained for private or personal advantage. Employees must avoid any potential course of action which may involve them in a conflict of interest with their employer, however if they know or have a reason to believe that a potential or an actual conflict of interest may exist they should immediately communicate all the facts to their supervisor.
Anyone that feels their rights or safety has been violated or learn of unethical behavior or even suspect it, it is your duty to report it to your supervisor. We strictly prohibit any retaliation against any person that reports a claim.
